We believe that Scripture is clear that every follower of Jesus Christ is a minister of God’s grace and has important work to do. The job of our leaders is to support and equip others so they can effectively do the good work that God has prepared in advance for them to do. These leaders include our ministry staff, governing board, and support staff.

Bryan Faltynski - Lead Pastor
Bryan joined the team in 2023. His two decades of ministry has brought him to serve in Wisconsin, Michigan, Montana, Minnesota, South Dakota, France, and now Cleveland! Bryan loves to create safe, inviting, and exciting environments for people to discover more about themselves, the world around them, and to feel empowered to live a deep and satisfying life in Christ. He and his wife Laura have been married since 2000 and have three children, Winter, Creedon, and Jonas. Bryan loves to hang out with people, drink coffee, play his guitar, draw, write, create, and work on cars!

Dan Heuberger - Assistant Pastor
Dan was born in and grew up in the “hood” (a.k.a. Hood River, Oregon), and serves the Lord as Assistant Pastor at West Side Alliance. A graduate of Moody Bible Institute, Dan’s degree in cultural anthropology has prepared him to serve in one of the most diverse neighborhoods of Ohio. He currently serves our small groups, seniors ministry, and in marriage and pastoral care. Dan and his wife Joy moved to Cleveland in July of 2017 to be a part of expanding God’s kingdom on the west side. They have 5 beautiful kids: Noel, Anna, Sam, Kaitlyn, and Matthew. He enjoys spending time with his wife & kids, reading, hiking, watching action movies, and playing sports.

Jenny Westfall - Administrative Assistant
Jenny resides in Cleveland with her husband Chris and two wonderful boys Luke and Noah. She serves our church family in administrative and hospitality roles! Jenny creates spaces where people can feel welcome, she makes things feel lively and open. She is gifted at helping everyone celebrate the special moments in their lives and making things run smoothly here at West Side.
